Abraham-Meyers | O'Brien-Wood
A place for very, very serious writers to gather in order to talk about the process of writing novels. Some members are published, others are soon to be published, some are still working on their manuscripts, some have written screenplays and had them optioned and are here because they want to explore a new form. Topics include the craft, members' books, books on writing, agents, self publishing options and anything else related to the art of writing a novel. This is not a list for the person who is just starting out as a writer, but for someone for whom it is a way of life. Communication takes place through The Novelists mailing list. This list is moderated by M.J. Rose whose novel Lip Service (Pocket Books - Sept 1999 - Hardcover) was the first online discovery by the Doubleday Book Club and Literary Guild.
